We had a great time at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions. We loved having a spacious room with a comfortable bed and a small terrace. It was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
There were a few things that we weren't too happy about. First, the noise from the main road could be a bit bothersome at times, especially at night.

the location was excellent, with easy access to all the main attractions and public transportation. the room was comfortable and clean, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch.
There was a significant problem with condensation build-up, resulting in mold on the window and door seals as well as in the shower.

We loved the lively atmosphere of the hotel, it felt more like staying in someone's apartment than a typical hotel. The personal touches like the corkscrew, snacks, and tea/coffee were a great addition. The room was bright and airy, and the bathroom shower was fabulous. The location was superb, with plenty of food and drink options nearby and close to Piazza Navona. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even providing umbrellas and printing out boarding passes. Highly recommended for a comfortable and affordable stay in Rome.
Felt so well taken care of, no complaints.
